Mindfulness Practices for Empowerment.

Every month we practice one or more of five different types of mindfulness practices: Shamata meditation, Lovingkindness Meditation, Body Scans, External Focus Visualization, and Gratitude. Sessions take place via zoom and run 10 to 15 minutes. Come join us for a refreshing pause during your month.
